Thorough Analysis of Cas9 Off-Targets

INPUT:

Your DNA sequence of Cas9 target DNA sequence(17 to 20 nt-NGG).
The background species of your choice.

OUTPUT:

A .csv table of Off-targets with chromosome coordinates and scores (as below)

RESULT Interpretation:

Off-targets are scored between 0 (not an offtarget) to 1 (definite offtarget, or the target by itself). A higher score means more likely to be a real off-targets.
Both NGG and NAG are considered as PAM when counting off-targets.
